SALON POLICY
We take all bookings through our booking system, please when booking select the correct treatments. If you require removals or would like nail art, please click the add on services. Please note we state we do not remove nails from any other work place.
Please allow time to arrive to your appointment and get yourself comfortable for your treatment(s).
BOOKING POLICY
We have a 10 minute grace period so please arrive on time as our appointments are back to back. If you arrive within the grace period your appointment will be shortened/altered accordingly.
If you are more than 10 minutes late please be aware that your appointment will not be going ahead/cancelled and you will still be required to pay the full price of the service. If you cancel on the day of your appointment you will also be required to pay 100% of the service.
If you cancel within 48hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service, please note that you will not be able to return to any follow up appointments until the fee is paid.
We understand that sometimes there are exceptional circumstances but our policy is non - negotiable.
CANCELLATION &
NO SHOW POLICY
We understand sometimes finding childcare can be a struggle, so if you do bring your children please respect the other clients within the salon having treatments. Children must be on best behaviour and products are not to be tampered with.
CHILDREN POLICY
Gift vouchers can be redeemable for any amount which have a 12 month period to be used. After the 12 month period vouchers are void. All payments for vouchers are cash and must be bought within the salon.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Our insurance policy has an age restriction and you must be 16 years of age and accompanied by an adult to have a treatment with us, a parent/guide must sign a waiver prior to treatment.
Depending on nail structure we may only offer nail polish to under the age of 18.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
We accept card and cash but we kindly ask to bring cash where possible. There is a ATM located in Poundland which is to the right of the salon.
